General safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before using the device and keep them in a safe place along with the warranty certificate, proof of purchase, and, if possible, the packaging with its inner padding. If you pass this device on to someone else, please also include the operating instructions.
This device is intended solely for private use and its designated purpose. It is not suitable for commercial use. Do not use the device outdoors (unless specifically intended for this purpose). Keep it away from heat sources, direct sunlight, moisture (never immerse in liquids!), and sharp edges. Do not use the device with wet hands. If the device becomes damp or wet, disconnect it from the power supply immediately.
Always switch off the appliance and unplug it (at the plug, not the cable) before cleaning or storing it. Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and remove any attached accessories.
Never operate the device unattended. When you leave your workstation, switch the device off or unplug it (always pull on the plug, not the cable).
Regularly inspect the device and cable for damage. Do not use it if it is damaged. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Always contact an authorized technician. To avoid hazards, a defective cable must only be replaced by the manufacturer, our customer service department, or a qualified professional, and only with an equivalent cable.
Use only original spare parts.

- Place the iron vertically
- Plug in
- Steam regulator set to “MIN”
- Preheat until the light goes out.

Special safety instructions for this device
Always disconnect the device from the mains power supply when it is left unattended, and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning it.

Instructions for use:
Please do not use the hook for more than 2.5 kg of dough.
Cleaning instructions
Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
Never immerse the motor housing in water!
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.

Simply wipe the outside with a damp cloth.
Mixing bowl and accessories:
All parts that have come into contact with food can be cleaned with soapy water.
Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling the device. After drying, if necessary, lightly apply a small amount of vegetable oil to the surfaces (e.g., graters/sieves).
Assembly instructions
Caution:
Please attach the accessories correctly according to the assigned position in the table.

Place the machine on a level surface. |

Turn the release button (12) with your right hand while holding it with |

Place the ingredients in the mixing bowl. |

When the work process is complete, set the speed control (13) to “0”. Pull |

Turn the mixing bowl (2) clockwise to remove it. Turn the accessory clockwise to remove it. |

- Check that the plug is properly inserted into the socket.
- Check if the rise button has returned to its correct position.
- Check if the machine has been running for more than 6-10 minutes and wait until the motor has cooled down.
Problem:
Noises in the mixing bowl during operation (accessories rubbing against the bowl)
Solution:
- Check that the mixing bowl is correctly inserted.
- Check that the accessories are properly attached to the machine.
Problem:
The lid doesn't fit properly on the mixing bowl.
Solution:
- Check that the lid is correctly fitted.
- Check that the mixing bowl is correctly inserted and locked.
Problem:
The machine does not work at certain speed levels.
Solution:
- Check that the marking on the speed control matches the label on the housing.
- Turn the dial to "0" and check again if the device is working.
Problem:
The machine moves during operation
Solution:
- Check if the anti-slip feet have fallen off.
- Check that the machine is standing on a smooth and level surface.
Problem:
The lifting button does not spring back after the bowl and lid are inserted.
Solution:
- Check that the lid is correctly fitted.
- Check that the mixing bowl is inserted correctly.
- Check that the marking on the speed control matches the label on the housing.
- Turn the dial to "0" and check again if the device is working.
Problem:
The machine moves during operation
Solution:
