Safety and Usage Instructions:

• Intended for household use only.
  
• Use only for ironing textiles on an ironing board.
  
• Never iron clothes while wearing them – risk of injury!
  
• Always switch off the iron before plugging in or unplugging.
  
• Never pull the cord; always pull the plug.
  
• The cord must not touch hot surfaces.
  
• Allow the iron to cool completely before storing.
  
• Always unplug before filling or emptying water.
  
• Do not use the device if the cord is damaged or after it has fallen – service must inspect it.
  
• Do not leave it unattended when connected.
  
• Hot water or steam may cause burns – caution when filling or turning the iron.
  
• Do not steam towards your body.
  
• Always use and place the iron on a stable surface.

Filling Water:

1. Switch off the device and unplug it
2. Set the steam control to “0”
3. Open the cover and fill water up to the “MAX” mark
4. Water level visible in transparent area (when iron is upright)
5. After use: Pour out remaining water

Do not use distilled, perfumed, or colored water – may cause stains

Using Dry Ironing:

• Place the iron upright
  
• Plug it in
  
• Set steam control to “MIN”
  
• Preheat until the indicator turns off

Dry ironing can now begin

Spray Function:

• Check the garment label beforehand
  
• Especially helpful for stubborn wrinkles
  
• Can be used with or without steam
  
• Simply press the spray button when needed

Steam Ironing:

1. Fill water (see above)
2. Set temperature dial to steam range
3. Plug in the iron
4. Preheat until the indicator goes off
5. Set temperature according to fabric

Steam ironing can now begin

Only possible at high temperatures – otherwise water may drip from the soleplate

Steam Boost Function:

• Provides extra steam for stubborn wrinkles
  
• Can be used with dry or steam ironing
  
• Press the steam boost button → may need several presses initially
  
• Wait a few seconds before pressing again

Do not press more than 3 times right after the indicator turns off

Anti-Calc Function:

A system inside the water tank binds limescale to prevent deposits.

Anti-Drip Function:

Controls water flow to the soleplate → prevents dripping at low temperatures.

Automatic Shut-Off:

• After approx. 30 seconds horizontally / 8 minutes vertically, the device deactivates automatically
  
• Indicator light blinks
  
• To reactivate: move or lift the iron
  
• Allow it to heat up until the indicator turns off again

After Each Use:

1. Switch off & unplug
2. Pour out water
3. Allow to cool
4. Store on a firm, scratch-free surface
5. Best stored in upright position

Exterior Cleaning:

• Wipe with a damp cloth (after cooling)
  
• Use mild soap if necessary
  
• ❗Do NOT use aggressive cleaners or abrasives!

Cleaning the Soleplate:

• Wipe residues with a damp cloth
  
• Do NOT use metal scrubbing pads or rough surfaces!
  
• If plastic is melted on: heat up & iron over an old cotton cloth

Do NOT use steam cleaners or chemical cleaners!

Self-Cleaning (recommended once per month):

1. Fill tank halfway with water
2. Set temperature to MAX and heat
3. Unplug device
4. Over the sink, press the self-cleaning button
5. Move iron gently until tank is empty
6. Then heat up again

Remaining water evaporates through fabric
